Então é conforme a tabela abaixo preço por utilizador definindo a velocidade q pode ter. Se quiserem que traduza mais ao pormenor é só pedir.

Resumidamente pedem uma facturação mínima de 250EUR ao mes com um pré-pagamento inicial de 750EUR. Basicamente quer dizer que para a conta mínima precisávamos de ter 33 utilizadores para fazer a facturação mínima. Claro q quanto maior o numero de users melhores os preços embora para ser sincero não me pareçam assim muito competitivos.
